Mid-term Week

It's official. I might not make it through this week. Who knew college would be so hard?! I certainly did not.

Cabin re-build!

Dave Olson, the best neighbor ever, was kind enough to send these photos of the construction. Thanks a million, dave.

Cabin Photo!

As mentioned in the previous post, the Park Rapids Enterprise newspaper published a photo of our cabin in this week's issue. I did some serious research (okay, I Googled it) and found the photo they used.

So far it looks like we have walls and part of a roof. And space for windows. All good signs, I'd say.

Cabin update

Sounds like we made the front page of the Park Rapids newspaper! There was a nice photo and write up, so we are now famous. The builder said he will send photos as it progresses, so we will all be able to see it get built. Hope it gets buttoned up before it gets too cold.

Hello, Family!

Welcome to the first post in the "Pratt Family Blog." Exciting, is it not? Basically the purpose of this is so that the family can all stay connected in the upcoming months, as well as stay updated on the cabin construction! The exciting news is that we can all update this blog to keep everyone updated. You can post pictures, videos, or the written word. Today, I will explore the written word option.

I shall now explain HOW TO UPDATE the blog. Let's say Grandma goes out bowling with her lady friends down in Texas and bowls a 200. I feel this is newsworthy, and frankly, we would like to hear about this!

IN ORDER TO UPDATE THE BLOG:

1. GO TO BLOGGER.COM
2. LOG-IN IN THE TOP RIGHT CORNER.
(Note: If you do not have a Gmail account, use the following log-in information:

Username (email): prattfamilyblog@gmail.com
Password: charlie1

3. CLICK 'NEW POST' UNDER THE PRATT FAMILY BLOG
4. TYPE YOUR ENTRY
5. CLICK 'PUBLISH POST'
6. ALL DONE!
